Most of our cars use regular gasoline, foreign cars may use diesel or premium gasoline.
- FUEL POLICY: Cars are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same conditions. If the tank is not full upon return, the difference will be charged in cash.
- LIGHTS: Do not leave the lights on (the battery will discharge).
- PARKING: Do not park in unauthorized areas.
- INSURANCE: For the insurance with the highest coverage (NOC No Operation Charge), please inquire at the office.

Yes, reservations of more than one week receive a significant discount. For bookings of over a month, we offer cars starting at 40,000 yen per month.
All our cars come with basic insurance. If you wish to add additional coverage, it will be at your own expense.
In addition to our basic pricing plan, we offer several insurance options. One of them is the optional liability waiver fee. By paying this fee, in the event of an accident, you may be exempt from the deductible for property damage and vehicle accidents. However, please note that you will still be responsible for paying a ‘non-operational charge’ for the vehicle’s downtime during repairs. For greater peace of mind, we highly recommend full coverage, which includes both the liability waiver and non-operation coverage.
Yes, you will only need to show the other driver’s documents, and it is at no additional cost.
The meeting point is on the third floor, exit 6.
Please contact us as soon as you disembark from the plane. Our shuttle staff will depart to meet you at the airport.
